Art Picnic – North West Visual Arts Open
You are warmly invited to join us for a day of Art, Cake & Conversation in Preston on Saturday 28th April, 2pm onwards
Relax amongst friends at Art Picnic where you can meet, chat, draw, collaborate, debate, discuss & connect with artists, studio groups and arts professionals from the North West and beyond. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Avenham park; Art Picnic promises to be an event to remember; with Live music, sound and performance throughout the day. Bring something interesting to be photocopied/photographed that will form part of the Art Picnic publication.. and bring something that makes a noise for a very special improvised electro – acoustic performance.
Join in The Uphill Struggle and test your moral compass with Art Dilemnas.
Food and drink provided , but hey…. this is a picnic, so don’t be shy about knocking up the odd quiche or making some homemade lemonade to share.
Art Picnic is from 2-5pm after which we’ll all be heading over to The Continental Pub & Arts Space for drinks.
