The cultural highlights in our diary include: Then The City Debates on Friday, 4-6pm at The Harris, which sees the launch of the organisation’s second project, and will feature a range of opinions on Preston’s development. Saturday and Sunday’s range of street performances and theatre pieces. Guided walks by writers involved with the guild project Preston 3 Twenty on Sunday at 12, 2 and 4pm from the Harris. And, finally The E.C.R. featuring actress Maxine Peake, which we previewed yesterday in detail.
